  3. Dumb and Dumber is number 1.
Life is Beautiful is number 2.
After that, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Snatch, Joe Versus the Volcano, Tommy Boy, No Country For Old Men, Superbad, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, Billie Madison, Shaun of the Dead, Zoolander...

  4. i have NEVER seen dumb and dumber, but that is going to change next week. a good friend HATES that i have never seen it. it doesnt appeal to me at all and it was made during a time that i HATED jim carey.
no country for old men is one that i am sure i would have seen before the rated 4 'rule'(that i seem to be breaking all over the place),but now it just seems to dark. too sinister. no, sinister is not the right word. too something. i dont know.
i liked zoolander, but not as much as i thought i would. ben stiller is pretty hilarious.
i never saw any of the guy ritchie movies, even before my ban. isnt snatch the one with brad pitt in it?

  5. You are correct. Brad Pitt is in it. They are more guy movies than girl movies anyway. Read the book for no country for old men. The movie basically parallels the book (including much of the dialogue). Unless it is too dark or sinister or disturbing for you. Dumb and Dumber is probably not a movie you will love. It was grandfathered in for me. Have you seen Hot Rod? A similar kind of random humor I think.

  6. Loved Life is Beautiful and Tommy Boy as well. Should add Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure.
